Le cas non élucidé en 1977 de la mort d'un portier de Philadelphie, Mike Cahill, est rouvert quand Rush et Valens tentent de relier son meurtre à un tueur en série sur le point d'être relâché de prison pour vice de procédure. Les détectives mettent au jour la relation étrange entre Mike et ce tueur, Roy Anthony. Par la suite, Valens et Rush découvrent que la petite amie de Mike à l'époque du meurtre travaillait avec Roy, et qu'une projection nocturne du film «The Rocky Horror Picture Show» a conduit le trio à se retrouverIk kijk Ik zap
